Valet Parking Service

The Valet Parking Service is perfect for customers who are in a hurry or prefer the convenience of valet parking. Simply drive into the designated bays at departure level and go into the terminal while the valet service parks your car in the security zone.

After returning, please collect your car key from the parking service center on the ground floor of car park P3. The valet parking service costs EUR 15.

We can also bring your car back to the valet parking bay when you return if you like.

The reception office of the valet parking service is staffed from Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and you can drive straight on to the departures level in the valet lane. At other times simply call in advance to arrange the service at least 15 minutes before departure. Telephone: +49 (0)211-4216637.

Maximum height in multi-storey car parks: Making sure your vehicle is always properly parked

Is your vehicle less than 1.90 m high? Then you can use any multi-storey car park at Düsseldorf Airport. If your vehicle is higher, please see the following table to choose the right place to park – or use one of our open-air car parks. Have a good trip!

Arrival and departure: pull up, stop and short stay park

Arrivals
There isn't enough space for you to stop or park in the arrivals area. You can park in the short stay car park P12 right outside arrivals zone C, though. It is only a short walk to the arrivals level from here. The maximum recommended parking duration is 30 minutes.

Departures
Short stay parkers who are dropping off passengers can use P11, which is close to departure zone C. The maximum recommended parking duration is 30 minutes.

Short stay and day parkers in zone C
We recommend underground car park P8 for business travellers who are flying with airberlin and airport visitors who are picking up relatives, friends or business associates from Düsseldorf Airport because it is only a short walk from there to the terminal. In fact, you park (almost) outside the terminal door, where you can access the departures and arrivals levels conveniently by lift.

Disabled passengers: receive special attention

If you are a disabled passenger arriving in your own vehicle we recommend using underground garage P1 directly below the terminal or car parks P2 and P3. Severely disabled people who hold a blue parking permit issued by the German road traffic authority or a European parking permit may park their vehicles free of charge in passenger parking spaces in the TERMINAL or LONG TERM areas at Düsseldorf Airport (does not apply to P11 and P12). The displaying of a severely disabled person’s ID is not sufficient for the use of disabled persons’ parking spaces.
The special parking offer is only valid for holders of parking permits and not for those bringing or picking up passengers. We ask persons accompanying severely disabled children to contact the parking office in advance.

Please call us via the intercom at the exit barrier when driving out of one of our car parks. A car park attendant will come to the exit and open it as soon as he or she has noted the number of your disabled person’s ID and the car’s number plate.
